Hive Science is a marketing & decision intelligence tech start-up whose technologies are in use by many of the world’s largest brands including Land Rover, Edward Jones & Accenture. The Hive platform is delivering novel intelligence at the intersection of quantitative social psychology, behavioral science & AI/ML to accelerate & transform how work is done. We’re looking for someone to join our team and get on board this rocket ship with us.

This role supports our sales and go-to-market leaders through development of content, strategies, coordination and other go-to-market activities. It's a unique opportunity to help define a new category, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build the tools that empower our sales team to win with world-class marketers, with significant upside as we continue to grow.

  • Conduct ongoing research into the marketing technology, insights, and AI landscape tracking trends, competitive offerings, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Translate complex behavioral science and AI concepts into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with brands, agencies, and insights leaders.
  • Partner with Sales to create playbooks, case studies, and verticalized narratives that drive pipeline growth and help clients connect Hive's technology to their business problems.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new Hive features, tools, and partnerships including positioning, packaging, and launch execution.
  • Drive Hive's PR in partnership with some of the world's leading agency and brand partners.
  • Create high-impact content such as thought leadership, customer stories, and weekly insight pieces - that fuel outbound sales engagement and establish Hive as a category leader.
  • Ensure alignment between sales priorities and marketing objectives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, vertical marketing, or a related role in martech, insights, or digital advertising.
  • Degree and/or experience in behavioral science, psychology or related field (strong preference).
  • Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem: how brands, agencies, and insights platforms evaluate and adopt new technology.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content development skills, you are able to turn technical capabilities and scientific concepts into compelling, customer-ready narratives.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and balance multiple stakeholders in a startup or fast-growth environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize research, competitive intelligence, and customer input into actionable recommendations.
  • Curiosity and passion for behavioral science, AI, and the future of marketing with the drive to help build a new category.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid role: must be located within commuting distance 3 days per week
  • Full-time contract with goal of transitioning to permanent W-2 employment
  • Compensation:  $35/hr starting, goal is to move this individual to permanent employment including opportunity for equity
