We're looking for a social psychologist with strong quantitative and experimentation chops to join our R&D team. You’ll help refine and expand the Hive Science platform through experimentation, behavioral modeling, and the creation of new features rooted in psychological science. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, thinks like a scientist, and builds like an engineer.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role — you’ll be directly responsible for operationalizing psychological constructs into concrete interventions across messaging/copy, ad narratives, user flows, product features, strategy, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Design and run large-scale behavioral experiments and modeling projects
• Translate complex psychological theories into testable, real-world applications
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape user experiences
• Help invent new platform features and iterate on existing ones
• Use a range of methodological tools and fine new ones when needed
• Stay laser focused on driving customer outcomes
